Avira & WLM conflicts?

Ive had a email sent over 30 minutes ago, however my WLM does not show a [ 1 ] on the top right as usual... its as if its not communicating with the server or something properly. Also if I've checked an email also it still says [ 1 ] as if there is still mail to be read.

Basically when I receive an email it usually notifies me instantly, it is no longer happening.

i have avira free and wlm and have experienced no problems at all. so im not sure whats causing your problem.

I was about to do a uninstall of Avira. SIGH @ Microsoft
