EKRN.EXE high CPU when Downloading

Hi been noticing lately that whenever I download something be it from Torrent or a simple music site I get ekrn.exe. working overtime and hogging CPU to the detriment of everything else. This has only happened recently infact since I upgraded to to the new version I noticed it to be honest..

Are there any tweaks or such that I can do to stop this nonsense>?

No worries I just uninstalled the bug ridden shite and went back to v3.
