When you do about, it shows the installed
components. after each module, it shows
the version and date.
Where can you go to check that you have
the most current version?

Hello,
ESET NOD32 Antivirus automatically checks for new updates for all modules every one hour. You can do a manual update too, whenever you wish. You're always up to date.
If you wish to double check that you are using the latest Virus Signature Database, you may do so here (http://www.eset.com/support/updates.php). The latest as of when you started this thread is 4136 (20090606).
If you wish to check for or upgrade to the latest build of ESET NOD32 Antivirus (e.g. v.4.0.424.0 --> v4.0.437.0) you may do so: changelog of ESET NOD32 Antivirus builds (the changes in each new build) (http://www.eset.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=4113&Itemid=5) and the page to download the latest build (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php).
There is no offical page to check other modules (e.g. antivirus and antispyware scanner module, update module etc). But if you have the latest Virus Signature Database, you'll have the latest version of the other modules with it.
You only have to download and install the latest build if you're having a specific problem that a newer build fixes, or if you're having general performance issues, stability problems or other glitches that a newer build might fix.
Hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Mark.
