ESET Smart Security and Thunderbird

Hello,

I'm testing ESET Smart Security 4.0.424 with thunderbird. AntiSpam and thunderbird integation are active.

Sending a email, eset added a verification text under the mail. This doesn't work with incoming emails.

The spam-statistic shows zero at all positions. Marking an adress in thunderbird and set this as trusty (using the ESET toolbar) has no response with ESET.

i don't think it is supposed to add any verification for incoming mail. If it finds any malware it will say so if not all is well.

try to install last available version, 4.0.437

what kind of account do you have (POP3 or IMAP)?
if you have an IMAP acoount have you read help where is written that this works only if you have enable options Make the messages in my Inbox available when I am working offline (Account Settings > Offline & Disk Space)?
