This forum should be renamed... Techi Chat (75 advanced user threads for vista sp2 on page one alone) basic users are being given short thrift and I for one is being deterred from posing my simple questions (embarrassed maybe):-\ :doubt:
How about a new forum category? .. Basic user questions - answered by sympathetic, non condescending helpful persons :blink:

Feel free to post your question, most of us try to help. Sometimes we get frustrated, but help is almost always given.

This is the ESET Support Forum, where you get help with problems with the ESET product(s) you purchased. The questions may revolve around problems as simple as "How do I run a virus scan" to complicated issues dealing with NOD32 v4 and Vista SP2, BSODs, etc. Nobody is going to make fun of you, people will be happy to help you.
