Recently purchased a WD My Book World Edition 2TB NAS.
One Vista PC with Norton can access and install no problem.
When trying with other Vista PC running Eset, the "WD Discovery Tool" only discovers the device when Eset network filtering is disabled.
I have explored the eset config back and forth, but cannot seem to find a way to configure Eset to allow the WD Device on the network to be "discovered" by it's software. (backup process fails).
I can see the device via the network, but would like to be able to use the WD backup software too.
Does anyone have any advice.
