Is there a benefit to install WinPatrol PLUS in addition to
Sandboxie 3.38 + Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 (without "EMail & IM") + Rollback Rx 9.0 + KeyScrambler Premium 2.4 on Vista Business (SP 2, 32bit, UAC & Firewall on, Defender off)

Depends on what you want to monitor etc. I have been using for a number of years, and always been pleased with it. I don't run it actively though, i only use it to very quickly disable/enable things from running when needed or when testing other Apps.
