Avira Security Suite - Is the firewall good?

Been using KIS for almost 2 years now and I like the AV part, but I always have to turn off the firewall module when I play online game as it slow down the connection and it lags as a result. I tried opening ports etc, but the game connection is always faster when I turn it off.

Anyway, I was thinking of trying Avira but I thought I would ask people here about it's firewall first and maybe save myself some time.

So, does it interfere with some online apps? Slow down online games? etc. Also, base on your experience, it is robust?

I find it to be a pretty good firewall. Easily configured and provides stealthing. It's not as robust as my other firewall Online Armor (see sig) with HIPS but a type of HIPS is reportedly in the near future. It is actually encoded to minimize interference with gaming. I've used it on my laptop for 2 yrs now...:thumb: 8)
