View Full Version : I'm having trouble uninstalling ESS

I want to uninstall ESS, but another application has exclusive access to the file c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Smart Security\logs\epfwlog.dat' how can I fix this? Can anyone help?

Hello withottrax,

This is for Version 3 and may help. How do I manually uninstall my ESET Smart Security 3.0 and ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0? (http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN558)

or you can use Your Uninstaller, works as a charm for me.

Moderators forgive please for being off topic a little ... Miki69 what the Match level in Options are you using? I use the Avarage. However I wonder how the Aggresive would work but quite afraid to try it.
