registered download

I purchaced nod32 and recieved licence info&password but cannot download because evey time I click download link (tried from several diff locations) all I get is a cannot display this page message??? Any ideas?

Do you get the Authentication Required dialog box?

All I get is a new window opening up and the oh so wonderful Internet explorer cannot display this page. Checked internet connection even though I' pretty sure that I'm online:D and made sure SSL @ TLS settings are active in internet security.
