I know kaspersky 2009/2010 have heuristics emulator and script emulator. But does it have generic signatures technology?

Yes, all Kaspersky versions (from v5 at least) have generic signatures.

Generic signatures end with .gen
Emulator detections begin with HEUR:

then this is why kaspersky is weak in generic detection !!! there is a very few gen detection according to virus watch !!

Well, i don't know any antivirus that doesn't use them these days.
Comodo maybe, though i don't understand them exactly. They have signatures ending with .gen but they're saying they'll implement new "family" detections which are in my terminology generic detections.

Comodo already have family signatures, but there is room for improvement and the Comodo AV labs have innovated a neat trick, which requires a new format, this and family signatures will be in next CIS version.

E.K says they do have generic detection.

-{ Quote: "We have a special team of AV engineers to develop generic detection routines - and this is one of the tasks with highest priority. When you say about "for example" companies - I'm afraid you are a bit wrong... You'd better to check other AV industry players and find better examples." }-
