HI, just had a newly installed Vista SP2 OS reject disk director 10 as incompatible. After uninstall and restart - blue screen. Wouldn't even boot in safe mode. Revert to last known working configuration rescued it.
Are there plans afoot to release a new version that is compatible?

Hello squowse,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/)
Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
Our program does support all editions of Vista, including SP 2.
First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (2160), which is available here (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/). To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/) Acronis software.
Thank you.

Well that really is pretty remarkable, seeing as SP2 has only just been released yet DD10 is over two years old, and doesn't format NTFS partitions correctly.

In addition to that, DD doesn't allow for Vista's offsets and OSS (which is part of DD) DOES NOT support Vista properly and never has. "Supports" must mean it works most of the time in a completely clean MS-version installation with no tweaks or configuration changes.
