Help me clean out the Windows Temp folder? I dont want to do it myself, because I might mess something up, but, I want to free up some disk space, is there a free (And Malware free) program that will allow me to do it?

As the name implies, the temp folder is only that.
You can safely remove anything that has been there for more than 2 days.
