Is there ANYTHING about OSS that works properly?

It doesnt support Vista which has been shipping for 2+ years, Windows 7 looks hopeless too, and even my USB mouse (plugged into my usb kbd) doesnt work.

This isnt rocket science. What gives? I paid for maintenence and Im getting absolutely nothing.

Not even an ETA or a beta?

It depends on the system, but there is a pretty big list of things that don't work.

Standard Microsoft Vista OEM and retail installations generally work. Brand-name OEM installations usually don't (which is a lot). This is a well-known problem, but Acronis hasn't bothered to release an update even though they've stated they have that problem fixed.

Just as when Vista isn't correctly found, Windows 7 needs to be manually added for it to work.

Does the mouse work if you plug it into a USB port on the computer? I realize you probably don't want it thay way, but it would help with troubleshooting. Depending on the BIOS, it may not be supporting HID devices connected to a hub.
