Help Needed Putting DD10 Suite on Windows PE

I saw references about the ability install DD10 on a Vista/Windows 7 Windows PE environment.

Does anyone have information on how to do this?

The linux env is a disaster and Im trying to standardize on PE since my backup/restore app uses it aleady.
