HardenIT and SecureIT won't install?

I just downloaded and attempted to install HardenIT and SecureIT. Problem is, when I click on the executables I get this:

$APP.exe is not a valid Win32 application" }-

($APP being HardenIT or SecureIT respectively.)

Anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it?

Ah, never mind, I discovered something in my security configuration is blocking attempts to download it. Something about my "security zone configuration" not allowing it... Could be Samurai, but I don't think that's it. Probably Spybot's immunization.
