I read a thread where someone said version 4 is crashing servers. Do we have the solution or we all still looking for a solution. I am planning to upgrade my antivirus so I like to know before i start.
here is the thread where i read about it (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=236661)
Thanks in advance.

When properly configured there should not be any issues. Most of the problems seen are being caused by the lack of certain exclusions / scanning options. Here are a couple of knowledge base articles about server configuration. We are also on a new build since the thread you mentioned was posted.

If you are talking about pushing out installations that is covered here,
http://www.eset.com/download/ERA_Manual_ENU.pdf
If you are talking about stand alone installations look here,
