Unspecified Error &H80004005 (-2147467259)

I just got the most recent spywareguard installed on
Windows ME. However I can not get it running.
An error message pops up saying
"&H80004005 (-2147467259) Unspecified error".

Could you please advise what it is? Many thanks
in advance.

the third question asked is the exact error message u have described.

Looks like u might need VB5 runtime files.

Sorry i need to correct myself. ;)

Instead of V5B use VB6 run-times found here,

http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe

Thank you so much for the advice. I don't know
what's wrong with my PC. Neither of the solution
works. I still have the same problem when starting
up the spywareguard. :(
