Nod32 Problem (latest Version)

My Nod32 sorta just stops scanning at 89% but the icon in the bottom of the taskbar keeps going. Does anyone know why it won't scan passed 89%? This laptop is new and doesn't have many files on it too.

Go to Protection status -> Statistics and check what file is being scanned by antivirus and antispyware protection. Does it stall on a specific file?
