Is there any chance that future versions of Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard could include either command line updating and/or local updating? First off, I would like to deploy these programs throughout a department and it seems like it would be easier to force users to check for an update every week or so. I also like the idea of saving bandwidth by storing updates locally.

Hi,

There is a possibility of such options, or even a separate version that is built for local updating. I'm not sure which will happen yet. ;)

i second the idea of a command-line parameter to automatically download updates and to reapply protection for 'all'. with a graceful exit if it cannot download updates.

then a windows scheduled task can be set up to fetch and apply updates weekly.
