Protocols will not function error

Hi I got a customer's laptop running Vista Business SP1, installed NOD32 Antivirus Home version 4 and all seemed to be fine.

Customer has rung and claims that now whenever he reboots he gets:

· Analysis of application protocols will not function.

· An error occurred while starting service

· Analysis of application protocols POP3 & HTTP will not function

Any ideas?
