GDATA total care firewall failed -shields up

Hello friends,I need your help to set up the firewall cause it failed on shields up test,all ports appeared stealth but ping received:(
someone can help me to set it correctly?

Are you sure that your router does not have the public wan ping enabled? That could cause it.

hi sully,i have my modem in bridge mode,so I´d like some tips on settings the firewall to pass shields up.Thanks again
