Sony laptop PCG-FXA32 windows XP
So, I bought Disk Director Suite 10.0. I installed and it asks to reboot. ok, it reboots to a black screen that says, safe mode or last known good configuration will not boot in safe mode so I have to boot using "last good configuration". then I try to run disk director and get the error: E000101F4, application module error, cannot fine the necessary acronis Disk Director Suite Modules, please reinstall acronis disk director suite. I did that, and then the entire cycle starts over. please help.
thanks.
