Sony laptop PCG-FXA32 windows XP

So, I bought Disk Director Suite 10.0. I installed and it asks to reboot. ok, it reboots to a black screen that says, safe mode or last known good configuration will not boot in safe mode so I have to boot using "last good configuration". then I try to run disk director and get the error: E000101F4, application module error, cannot fine the necessary acronis Disk Director Suite Modules, please reinstall acronis disk director suite. I did that, and then the entire cycle starts over. please help.

thanks.

Re: blue screen THEN E000101F4 - can't find modules, pls reinstall

Are you installing on XP or Vista? If Vista, make sure to right-click on the installer file and select the option to run it as an administrator. Also, did you install it for All Users?

AND THIS

quercus29, please let us know the following:

-the exact name of the file you are trying to install
-the exact name of your OS

Please also run the MD5 checksum utility in order to exclude installer corruption, here are the instructions:

- Download a free checksum utility
- Unpack and run the application. Browse and select the installation package you have downloaded;
- Click the "Start" button;
- Let us know MD5 value for your installation file

MD5 value 57C8BD68F62EDA62EC48904053C33DBF

What language version and build of DD 10 are you using? Your MD5 value doesn't match mine for the English 2,160 build (df5062f70fdd5dcc0d136b27fa16d45c).
