Crooks are targeting social network sites such as Twitter and Facebook with aggravating attacks that might send a message that reads "Don't Click! www.tinyurl.com/XXXXXXXX."

But a Firefox addon called LongURL can quickly reveal the real URL and foil the scam. <-QUOTE}Article (http://www.techworld.com/security/news/index.cfm?newsid=114782)

Thanks, Ron! The add-on is called LongURL Mobile Expander (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8636), as described in the original PCWorld article Firefox Addon Fights Social Network Phishes (http://www.pcworld.com/article/163589/firefox_addon_fights_social_network_phishes.html), and it works like a charm! :thumb:
