OPERA - Compatible with broadband???

I just tried using OPERA to surf the net wirelessly (802.11b) from my notebook but was forbidden access.

Forbidden

You were denied access because:

Access denied by access control list.

Is there any setting that I did not or wrongly set? Please advise.

Have you tried identifying Opera as MSIE 5.0?

No it won't run slower. Many MS sites block Opera but, if you identify as MSIE 5.0 go right thu MS monopoly tactics.
