Hello,
having gone through the notifications part of the ERA manual. I still don't seem to get email notifications going correctly.
What I want to do is basically:
I want notifications sent through the ERAS. Not directly from the clients.
I want notification on warnings/threats found and what action has been taken both by the on demand scans and realtime.
I want the notifications to be sent asap.
Basically I want the same functions and notifications that setting up an email address for notifications in the client would give, but have them come from/go through the RA server.
Also another issue I have is that the "last threat" field on the Clients tab in ERAC doesn't get populated. When testing with an eicarfile, the Threat Log tab gets updated. But the "last threat" field on the Clients tab does not.
