SuperAntiSpyware, what is this?

i found these 2 entries for startup related to SAS (free version). i had the check display secret locations to see these in Winpatrol. any ideas what they are and what they do????

I'm not sure what they are or what they do but I have them in C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware
