Never received my trial user/pass

I requested a trial user/pass as per the link on the trial download page (http://www.eset.eu/trial-f/?dis=03FA4034) and I have yet to receive it (30mins and counting).

I've tried 2 different email addresses, on 2 different servers, and nothing received on either. And yet I received my email to activate my forum account without a problem.

Also the email address input form (http://www.eset.eu/trial-f/?dis=03FA4034) was weird. I typed my email address, then submitted it, only to be prompted again for an email..With no error or success message to indicate the result. Not very user friendly :)

After clicking the trial download link sent to your email it should take you to a page with your username and password, as shown in step 4 of the following article: http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN932. If this did not happen please PM me your email address and name. I will look up your trial account.
