This might have already been posted, but this article is a great insight into 'phishing' tactics. I've had a similar experience to Mike (CEO - Online Armor), and was aware of it, so his conversation was very funny to say the least.

I cannot believe the guy actually chatted with Mike that long. And I guess when nothing else works, try sympathy.Way to go Mike, but I doubt this guy's conscience is bothering him in the least. The sympathy goes to the "idiots" who do fall for the scam.
