Windows Start up Application Detected and then Denied

Does anyone have any idea about this?

This is a snap shot of a repeating problem that Kaspersky warns me about. It does not seem to fix the problem and it comes up from time to time while I use my computer. Any ideas?

complete, a WHOIS (http://whois.domaintools.com/213.155.7.248) reveals the IP that your PC is trying to connect to. If you don't know who that is, suggest you run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php) free trial version and/or SUPERAntiSpyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html) Free Edition.
