In Jan. 2009 I began using ESET Smart Security 3.0. I'd like to know if ESET offers a free upgrade to 4.0 and if they do how do I get it. My license expires in Jan. 2010. Thanks for any help.

Thanks however ESET is not accpeting my user name and password from the initial activation Is that the right password and and username to use ? And can it be changed if it is not accepted?

The password should be the same as the one you are using now. You will have to use the password you were assigned.

the password i was assinged is 9 characters and the one showing in the program itself is 10 characters. Is there a way to find out what my passowrd on the program?
