It's not a crack, it's a full version of ESS with instructions how to perform the update. Nevertheless, the instructions are obsolete and won't work. Also bear in mind that malware usually spread cloaked in cracks. Especially using a crack for an antivirus program is like finding a syringe somewhere on a courtyard and bringing it to a doctor to inject a vaccine in the hope that one will save some money ::)
