Is there a "setting" function which I can manually add or at least delete names in Norton UAC's white list?
For example,I told Norton UAC to remember "not prompt to ask when I delete certain files".But now I think I shouldn't have.
I searched the forum and the internet but didn't find any helpful topics about it.I thought this question must be asked thousands of times before.:doubt:

Here is the Norton BB for Norton Vista UAC. Norton employees interact there so it's probably your best bet.

I am not aware of such a setting. However, you can just uninstall/reinstall Norton UAC to reset all the settings.
EDIT: It seems there's another way to restore the prompts without uninstalling Norton UAC, but it requires some registry hacking :)

Hi,thank you for helping me find the right place.
So in Norton's forum,they said "they'll probably add this editing white list feature" in the future. It was Sept 22nd,2008. The future hasn't yet come...
Maybe Win7 caused the abortion.::)
