Spam!!

Apologies if this is off topic but my personal email account is getting bombarded with about 50 spam messages a day even with the filters that my ISP makes available on their servers.. I am loathe to shut the account down and was wondering if any of you have any recommendations of antispam software that I could use on my PC.
