Hello, it's been a long time since I was here in these forums. Hope everyone is doing ok. On to my problems. First, the Acronis website is listing me as having 7 registered products, but is only showing 4. I've got multiple upgrades over the years and I'm assuming that that could be part of the problem. But the biggest problem I've got is the last thing I purchased/upgraded was DD Suite v10.0 (build that I have is 2,160). I keep trying to register it, but the system keeps telling me that I need to contact customer service.

I first tried registering this way back when they first started upgrading their website and had troubles then and am currently having troubles again. I thought it was because their site was being updated, but now don't know what to think.

I would just like to be able to get the most updated build to eleviate any problems that might occur from NOT having the current build. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Oh and by the way, I do have a valid Serial #, the online system is even acknowleging that.

Build 2,160 still is the "current" build. You may be able to get an updated build from Acronis Support (http://www.acronis.com/support/index.html).

If you first registered DD during the website change, it may have gotten messed up. If you contact support, ask if they can fix that for you.

Thanks for that. I was just hoping there was another way. Reason being is the last time I contacted Customer Service, it took like 3 or 4 months to get a response. I cannot find an 800 # anywhere for home products, only for businesses buying their products. Bummer!!!

It should be faster now. Try using the Acronis Support Wizard (http://www.acronis.com/support/?ow=1) and follow the steps.

If the link doesn't work, go to the support page (linked in post 2) and click on Start here... in the Contact us section.

Ok, thanks for that. I just went ahead and tried to get ahold of them via Chat, which worked. I won't get into the results of me contacting them as it's a little contraversial (to say the least), and don't want anyone to rant on here about it.

Thanks again for the assist.
