Having problems with SpywareGuard Updates

Now that I see the definitions date I see that mine says 11/23/03 :-[ and when ever I run the live update it shows "Error downloading the updates, the last working definitions have been loaded from backups"

What is happening and how do I fix it?

@lex - I, too, had problems with the update button. You can try this:

First, if you are on dial-up and using one of those surfing 'accelerators', disable it and try the Update button

Second, if this doesn't do it, follow the link to the manual updates.

Thank you very much for your help, I already manually updated the definitions file, If there ever is a cure I already added the files to my favorites.
