nfs service is blocked by ESS 3.0 firewall.

I use vmware in my PC(IP:192.168.0.16), vmware's IP is 192.168.0.18. Bridge is used to ensure vmware connect to ethnet. There is nfs service in vmware. Now, another PC(IP:192.168.0.17) try to connect to vmware's nfs, it failed.

I disable firewall and all functions work well.

I set the rule of ESS's firewall, TCP & UDP incoming and outcoming is allowed in 192.168.0.18 and 192.168.0.17, it does not work yet.

why?

Can somebody help me to resolve this?

I'd suggest installing ESS 4.0.417 and enabling bridged connections in the IDS setup.
