Those last days, my software firewall keeps blocking incoming TCP packets passed to the pc by my router:
src=192.168.*.***, dst=***.***.***.***, sport=(1400-1599), dport=110
They are originating from the same 5 servers that I regularly check for my mail on a 30 min interval with Magic Mail Monitor. It's a new to me, and I did not modified my ruleset before it began to happend. Blocking them changes nothing and I can receive and read my mail as before, but I wonder why this new behavior.
Any hint welcome.
EDITED:
OOPS, I mixed it up...
In fact, what my FW's log is telling me is that:
Blocked incoming TCP packet, src=192.168.*.*** [my PC], dst=***.***.***.*** [external Mail Server], sport=1522, dport=110
