Just wondering, how is the HIPS of outpost...i feel like download it and messing around with it.

Outpost has decent HIPS see:

Imo it is an exceptional HIPS, even though you don't get quite the same granular control with it as with some of the dedicated products like Malware Defender and SSM. If you want, it is easy enough to disable it (Host Protection) and use a different third party HIPS such as the two I mention or something else. There are many effective and efficient possibilities at one's disposal.
