drweb live cd question

Hi
drweb is a great av , the free version cureit could be very useful


now there is the boot cd , a rescue cd with the av the updater

i have some question

i burned the cd and boot the pc with it

1) are you able to update it ?

2)can the boot cd linux based ruin the windows file system

3)i read the manual , to me it stats to scan my hard disks , to me it doesn't load the desktop ? what's wrong?
