View Full Version : The tray icon becomes red after upgrade from v3 to v4.0.417

My tray icon becomes red after upgrading from v3 to v4.0.417 (64-bit).

Can someone help me how to solve this issue ? My O/S is Windows Server 2008 64-bit.

Yes. When after install, the icon changed to "Yellow" and ask me to restart. After restart, the icon becomes "Red". Besides, I have founded there is an error in the Log file.

Have you tried to reinstall v4 (again)
