Hey, please help me! I am in a big trouble! I am using Acronis Disk Director Suite 10 and I made a bootable media builder on my CD... Then I boot from this CD and the procedure was like this:

So my internal disk was not detected: there is some error on the last picture... It detects only my 2 external western digital harddisks (500 GB and 1 TB)....

Actually I have such kind of disks on my computer:
- internal one (made od 2 partitions)
- 2 external western digital harddisks (500 GB and 1 TB)

Are you using the latest build of DD 10 (2,160 or later)?

For the Full Mode version of DD from the CD, have you tried the quiet acpi=off noapic option detailed in Section II of the PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) thread?

Have you tried the Safe Mode version of DD?

Do you have any other USB "drive-type" devices connected (iPOD, media card readers, printers with media slots, etc.)? If so, have you tried with those disconnected?
