"error opening [4]"

When doing a deep scan I received a lot of lines with "error opening [4]" . Does this mean that my hard drive is having issues, that I have an existing security isssue, or something different? I don't remember getting so many of these messages before.
I don't think anything extra is running. Is there a way to scan these files and should I?
