I bought NOD32 AntiVirus 4. They sent me my username and password and a link to download the software. I clicked the link and inserted my username and password in the login prompt. However, it doesn't accept it.

Yes, I tried a variety of methods when inputting the username and password, I used copy and paste, and also did it manually several different times, and several different ways just in case it was displayed incorrectly within my email. It doesn't accept any version of my username and password. I contacted support this morning but I got no response. Waiting is making me real nervous because, I presently do not have any antivirus software installed and now there is that Confiker virus running around. What do I do now?

I would install the trial version until an ESET moderator can help you.

Please PM me your username and password as well as the complete link you clicked on. Any new license is valid instantly after purchase, maybe the link you clicked on led to a wrong product?

Thanks for the assistance Marcos. Being that it was at the end of the day, I don't think I would have ever figured that out the solution on my own.

So, for anybody who may comes across this exact same problem. Here was the solution. Try using a different browser. Also, do not use a browser that is inside Sandboxie. Which may have been what caused the problem. I didn't have any AntiVirus protection installed; so, I was protecting myself using Sandboxie. Anyway, what ever caused the problem using a different browser worked for me.
