So i ran a scan have a tojen virus but i cant get rid of it help pz

I ran my scan and i have a folder that has a trojen virus on it. When it ask me what action to do it only lets me click "leave"...so what can i do to get rid of it?? ty for the help

You can get the latest version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus (v.4.0.417.0) here (http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php).

1. Click the link and download (save) the file to your Desktop. Screenshot enclosed.
2. Remove your current ESET NOD32 Antivirus installation
-->Start>All Programs>ESET>ESET NOD32 Antivirus>Uninstall
-->Restart your computer.
-->Delete the ESET folder located in C:\Program Files\
3. Double click the install file of the latest version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus (v4.0.417.0) and install it using typical (recommended) settings. Let it update to the latest virus signature database.
