MSCOMCTLOXC missing or not correctly

I have had a lot of problems after my Win 98 PC motherboard failed. The local computer repair shop did work for two weeks, but they could not get Windows 98 SE up again.

I have been working for thre days now. Downloading drivers etc.

I am now trying to get SpywareBlaster up. After downloading the missing files I get the message in the title. I hope I spelled it right.

Any help anyone?
