Can't play multiplayer game with 4

I just installed version 4 from version 3 and now I can't play Ubisoft's GRAW2. Firewall is correct but with NOD32 loaded I cannot connect to any game server. I had to uninstall it to get back in.

Any idea what I should do to get around this?

Your statement is confusing, are you using EAV or ESS?

I had to turn off HTTP Checking and now I can connect to the game servers I play on. I tried excluding the game but that didn't work.

Is there some better way to get this setup than turning off ALL HTTP checking?

Exclude the program's exe and network traffic from being scanner as described here (placing a X next to the application in the web browser list)
