v4 install

Hi Guys,

I have v3 smart security with antivirus,firewall and adware renewed last month. my problem is that for some reason my username and password will only allow me to download v4 antivirus which leaves me asking why change to v4?

Hello,

You should be able to download ESET Smart Security V3 or V4 with your license key. Please make sure you are not trying to download the Business Edition if you only have a Home Edition license.
