IE8 graphical problems with ESS V4

I've installed IE8 and had massive graphical problems with ESS V4 (screenshot). I don't know if it is really ESS that causes this mess. But with V3 all is well...

could be flash player issue, had similar screen mess with firefox. I also have IE8 and ESS v4, no such issues. Can you check flash player/ shockwave player for IE (as they're not the same as for Firefox, Opera, Safari)?

Open Control Panel . Change your Windows style to "Windows XP" . Apply . Try again .

Then you can try to revert back to Windows Classic
