I'm having a slight problem here with Online Armour. I'm using the paid pro version of this software, when I double clicked to open/bring up Online Armour onto my laptop screen it shows Mail Shield, Web Shield, Program Guard and Firewall. All three show a tick in the box next to them apart from Firewall which is unticked and it also says Not installed. How do I fix this and re-install.
